Jimyse Brown (Coach Myse) created Hidden Gyms in 2017 after returning from Europe. She was born and raised in Pittsburgh and is a graduate of the Winchester Thurston School. While there she lettered in three sport athlete (Basketball, Field Hockey, and Lacrosse). After a decorated multi-sport high school career she earned an athletic scholarship to play basketball  for Shepherd University. She graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Recreation & Leisure with a concentration in Sports & Event Management. Jimyse also graduated with Merit from the University of Nottingham in Business & Management. Jimyse brings European basketball experience  having played in England after she completed her collegiate career. She is a USA Basketball Gold Certified Coach, public speaker, and sports consultant; who does work with local elementary, middle school, and high school teams. Jimyse is not only our Founder and CEO but she will be apart of the coaching team as well.
