After a successful multi-sport high school sports career, Bill (Coach Fitch) went on to play baseball at Penn State – Beaver Campus. He has been very active in both playing and coaching various sports from recreation to collegiate levels, winning a gold medal in USA Volleyball and coaching multiple championships at Chatham College in volleyball. Coach Fitch is currently coaching multiple high school

sports including Field Hockey and Lacrosse while coaching baseball and participating in recreational sports.
