Hidden Gyms is  in search of a Photography & Videography Intern for the 2020 summer (June - August). This position provides an opportunity to create professional relationships and gain experience in the recreation & sports industry. Interns will interact with students, coaches, staff and community partners throughout the summer. Interns will report to the Founder/CEO.

 

Interns are expected to:

-Assist with all photo editing, archiving and fulfillment of requests.

-Shoot community and organization program/events

-Crop, caption, tone, and help maintain photo archive

-Serve as primary contact for all internal photo printing and framing needs 

-Help curate program photo galleries for hiddengyms.org

-Select photos for internal and external use based on composition, content, light and color

-Edit/retouch photos for social media platforms

-All other program and miscellaneous duties as assigned
 

Qualifications & Requirements:​​

• Demonstrated photography and photo editing experience

• Video editing experience

• Proficient in photography techniques, including lighting and camera positioning

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

• Ability to travel to various events throughout the community
